The Stone Angel Movie Synopsis
Feisty firecracker Hagar Shipley (Ellen Burstyn) has lived an unconventional life. Her passionate heart has always ruled her head and her choices have put her at odds with family and friends. With her life nearly behind her, she sets out in search of a way to reconcile herself to her turbulent past. Through her reflections we come to know a passionate and rebellious young bride, her love for her two sons, the freedoms she claimed, and the joys she denied herself.
Based on the best selling novel by Margaret Laurence.

This movie is based on one of my favourite books. They did a great job!!!
"Mezmorizing" A Life's Journey well travelled! Touching, Smart, Simply Unforgetable! To anyone who wants to see how life truley evolves, Who we are, who we become and the lessons we learn along the way. A Must See movie for all ages!
Loved this movie. Cole Hauser should gain critical acclaim for this one!! He played Bram to a T. The subject may not be so interesting to younger people...but they really should pay attention to life's lessons.
